# Invite members

Bring new operators, recruiters, and team members into the platform.

## What this is

Adding members to your account. Admins send invites. The invitee completes setup from a link in email.

## How to invite

1. Open **Admin Settings → Members** in the operator portal.
2. Click **Invite**.
3. Enter **email**, **role**, and one or more **organizations**.
4. Click **Send Invite**.

The invitee receives an email with a link, confirms identity, and sets a password.

## Expired invites

Invites expire after 7 days. For a pending invite, an Admin can **Resend Invitation** from the Members list.

## After acceptance

Team Members open the [Team Member mobile experience](../get-started/talent-vs-operator.md). All other roles open the operator portal. The assigned role controls what they see on first login.

## Common situations

**Multiple organizations.** Assign the role and every organization on the invite, or add organizations later from the member record.

**Role change.** From **Members**, change the role on the member record. Do not send a new invite.

**Remove access.** **Deactivate member** from **Members**. Historical data stays attached for audit.
