# Welcome to Array HQ

Array HQ is the agentic platform that identifies more productive talent, amplifies frontline performance, and coordinates execution across the Essential Economy.

## Who Array HQ is for

Operators managing 50 or more frontline workers across one or more organizations — transportation fleets, warehouse and distribution sites, quick-service restaurants, and the operations that look like them. The work is measurable, the labor is variable, and the day is decided by who shows up.

## What the platform does

Array HQ runs across four motions:

- **Identify.** Reach productive talent through programmatic advertising across job boards and passive channels.
- **Hire.** Screening happens over text. The //Recruiting agent sends recruiter-configured questions via SMS, surfaces evaluation flags, and schedules interviews. Recruiters see every applicant and make every hiring decision.
- **Amplify.** Tie rewards to the operational behaviors that move your numbers — speed, attendance, output, compliance. Workers know what they're being recognized for, in real time.
- **Coordinate.** Deploy solutions to capture missing productivity data across every location, see who's driving results, and let that intelligence shape the composition of your team.

The two flagship products — **//Recruiting** and **//Ops** — sit on top of a shared platform layer covering accounts, organizations, and the AI agents that run in the background.

## How to get started

There's no self-serve signup: Array provisions your account at the start of the relationship, and everyone after that joins by invitation. From there:

1. **Accept your invitation.** Open the link in your invitation email or text, confirm your identity, and set a password. No invite yet? Ask an Admin on your account, or [contact support](../resources/support.md).
2. **Learn the vocabulary.** Skim **[Core concepts](core-concepts.md)** — ten minutes that makes the rest of the platform read faster.
3. **Understand your access.** **[Account & access](account-access.md)** explains what your role lets you see and do.
4. **Walk through the right door.** **[Talent vs Operator experience](talent-vs-operator.md)** tells you whether you belong in the operator portal or the My Array HQ app.
