How to get into the My Array HQ app on your phone.

## What this is

The My Array HQ app is where you see your points and goals, redeem rewards, and check the points leaderboard. You can access it on your phone by logging onto [my.arrayhq.com](https://my.arrayhq.com).

## How to use it

1. Your manager or Array HQ sends you a welcome text or email with a link.
2. Tap the link. It opens the My Array HQ app for your organization.
3. Sign in with your phone number or the email your manager has on file. You'll get a one-time code.
4. Set a password if you want one — it's optional. Most people use the code each time.
5. Add the app to your home screen so you can open it like any other app:
   - **iPhone:** Tap the Share button, then "Add to Home Screen."
   - **Android:** Tap the menu (⋮), then "Add to Home screen."

## If you can't log in

- Make sure you're using the phone number or email your manager has on file. If you've changed numbers, ask your manager to update it.
- The one-time code can take up to a minute to arrive. Check spam.
- Still stuck? Talk to your manager or your shift lead — they can resend the invite.
